How emotions effect our physical body.

The liver is generally the centre for emotions. Negative emotions can and usually do have a negative effect on liver function, and are a very common reason why the liver will function poorly from a physical view point. This is very common for children and female over the age of puberty.  This is a very common issue I see for many of the women I measure. Emotions attached to the liver area. It can lower the liver function and tighten the internal muscles around the heart, lung, diaphragm area. It feels heavy. We all know that when it comes to emotions, the rule of life is let it go, move on, build bridges, forgive and forget etc.

This is all good and is important but what most people don’t know is that emotions can hold onto us. Sure, at times we hold onto emotions, but there are many times where it is the opposite. The emotion, or energy attached to that emotional thing is holding on to us. So it doesn’t matter how many times you try and let it go, how many bridges we build, we try to move on, but it may still be there, because it can hold onto us/you. So letting go is one thing we need to do, but we also need to tell it to let go of us and be free. Let it to go away and be free. Tell it to go away and be set free. Give it permission to be free.

Most people don’t know this aspect of emotions, so if you think it is important, please pass this message on to anyone you think may benefit from this explanation.

Forgiveness is a very big part of this equation. I will endeavour to explain this next time, probably on youtube.

And two simple things you can do to help the liver is fresh root ginger tea, and lots of happy activity. Laughter, and lots of it.

Cheers   Kevin
