Sleep Problems
This is an issue effecting many people. There are generally three main groups of people here. 1) Those who struggle to get to sleep. 2) Those who get to sleep but cannot stay alseep for the full night. 3) Those who get lots of sleep but are still tired. From my experience there are many different reasons for these sleep issues. There is no one issue that covers it all for everyone. I have one full chapter in my book just on sleep which can explain things in more detail. Here are just a few common issues I see.
Location problems, with electromagnetic effects, underground water, geopathic stress, quality of bed. This is sometimes very easy to test for just by sleeping somewhere else and see if there is any change in sleep pattern. These issues can sometimes cover categories 1 and 2. A lack of nutrition at the cellular level, especially calcium, can make it hard to stay asleep for the full night. Life style choices, stress, work, diet, etc can play a big role in sleep problems. Poor kidney function, and long term viral infections can show up for people in the third group. I covered those issues in an earlier message.
CONFUSED.
Main message here is that there is no silver bullet solution. Most of the time the solution will be very simple. You just have to find which simple solution is for you.
Listen to your heart voice, not your head voice.
Sleep tight, Kevin
